★C-19 CLEAN: We've Hired Certified Cleaners To Keep Our Guests Safe ★ We're located in a Beautiful Home in Green Valley. This room includes a desk, a closet, a small dresser to put clothes in, and a real Memory Foam Queen-sized bed. The room is upstairs. This is an excellent spot for Business Professionals, Medical Professionals, Students, and Contractors working here short term or looking to move and needing a flexible month-to-month living space to stay in. Most of our guests have stayed for more than three (3) months, our longest stay was 3 years 9 months - through Airbnb. If you're planning to stay longer term, we offer special rates automatically calculated by Airbnb. The room is in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath single-family townhouse in Green Valley, Henderson only miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Our home includes a library/reading room for hanging out, reading and playing games, a full kitchen, central heat, and a/c, fans, high-efficiency washer and dryer, A/C, patio, and community center. Recent upgrades include a large refrigerator & freezer, Cooktop (natural gas), large capacity washer & dryer, high-efficiency toilets, & water heater. You will have a ★shared★ bathroom. We don’t have a TV, but you can request a SmartTV with Bluetooth Headphones in your room for an additional $300. OR You can bring your own TV as long as you can use Headphones to watch so to not disturb other guests. If you have a TV in your room, yours or ours, there is a utilities fee for $1/day for the entirety of your reservation to cover the additional electricity. The kitchen is a shared area, you will have access to our dishware, and a refrigerator that has designated space for you. You will also have some pantry space. During your stay, you can enjoy complimentarily: High-Speed Wi-Fi (200+ down/20+ up), and coffee/tea every morning.

Other Details to Note

The house is equipped with smart devices and a high tech security system. All rooms have a G-Home device you can use to listen to music, check the weather and news, or play white noise at night to get some sleep. The front door and garage door automatically lock and require a pin to get in. You will not have access to the garage. You can receive Food Deliveries through services like UberEats/GrubHub/PostMates, Amazon PrimeNow/Fresh (For Groceries), Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and other package deliveries. Due to an allergy please don't bring/cook Turkey & Bananas/Plantains into the house. We are a group of business owners and professionals. Barbara is the Landlord and sometimes comes out with our dogs when she needs to check on the property or is on vacation in Henderson. Hawk is an Internet Marketer, speaker, trainer and business consultant. His wife Kate helps manage the Airbnb and works on her own business ventures. And their daughter Alliwin is two years old, is already showing signs of being an entrepreneur. We have a Support Dog, Luna (see pictures) who stays with us everywhere and is very sweet. If we're traveling we will answer you via the app and resolve your issue as soon as possible. Our off-site management team will work to resolve anything online immediately and anything that requires a member of our team there within 24-48 hours. During our travel, our off-site cleaning staff comes regularly to check in. When they come they will pick up trash from ALL rooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen. Typically our cleaning team comes, once every 4 to 8 weeks, to fully clean the common areas, and bathrooms. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. There’s a NICE park, Library, and rec center nearby. There's an on site Fitness with a Gym and Pool ($200 one time fee) or you can get access to a sauna, steam room, Hot Tub, Pool, and gym at the Green-Valley Spa (2.5 miles) with a membership ($200/mo) There are two movie theaters. One is 2.3 miles away, the other is 6 miles away. Whole Foods is 2.5 miles and also delivered through prime now for free (with an Amazon Prime membership) The Sandford-Brown college, Culinary institute Las Vegas, and Henderson School for Criminal Justice are all within 5 miles (10 to 15-minute drive). Green Valley Golf course, Wildhorse Golf Course, Sunset Park, Costco, Community Colleges, and the Airport are all about 10-15 minute drive. We have almost every type of restaurant whether you're in the mood for Pho, Burgers, Thai, Indian, Sushi, or anything in between you can find it within 5 miles.

Guest Access

Most of the downstairs is open to guests. There is a 1/2 bathroom that is intended for shared guest use. The washer and dryer room is next to the garage and instructions are posted on how to use the units. KITCHEN: You have full access to the kitchen. All pots, pans, dish ware, silverware and cooking utensils, and designated pantry shelf and space in the Refrigerator, all labeled for your convenience. DINING ROOM: This area is used for eating as well as playing games. LIVING ROOM: You can lounge about in the living room to read a book, study, or enjoy other quiet activities. LAUNDRY: Washer - We have a high efficiency dual load washer. You can put a small load (usually a single day's clothes) in the top or a full load in the bottom. Dryer - This front load dryer can usually dry the contents of one (1) load from the wash at a time. COMMUNITY: We've got a shared use BBQ, Basketball, Pool, and Gym ($200 one time activation)

Find us

There's plenty of street parking in front and near the house. There is also a great park inside the gated community as well as an even nicer park just a mile away. It's a beautiful walk and a great place for out-door activities.
